Byph is a member of the Trans-Siberian Coven and a former member of the Antarctic Coven. He had created the Madagascar Coven in 1499, shortly after he had turned his mate, Ahsoka, into a vampire. But he had joined the Antarctics shortly after he joined the Trans-Siberians, but re-joined his coven a decade later.

Before Byph became a vampire, he looked a lot life Eleazar and was really sad most of the time, until he met Ahsoka.

After becoming a vampire, he had a boyish look and had his hair redone and a few other things. He had the appearance of his cousin, Benjamin.
